Do you mean the muscle fatigue after a work out? Be sure you are getting enough calories in your diet so that your body doesn't have to rely on burning whatever it can to have the energy it needs daily to make all the parts in the body function.
Muscle fatigue can be a part of a person's symptom picture though, even without inflammation. And if it's a lower level of inflammation (instead of the arm looking swollen), so that you feel it, but don't really 'see' it.
Personally, I'd be sure that I am taking anti-inflammatories, once I knew I was taking a high enough dose of that, then I'd check my protein levels in my diet, after that, I'm not real sure what I'd do. LOL.

Hi Randy!-
I have had times that it felt like someone took a baseball bat and pummeled my body with it. All my muscles ached very bad. I have had times that I felt like I got hit by a bus. It hurt very bad to move my body.
Do you have any issues with muscle tightness (muscles can't relax),or constant muscle spasms?
Does it feel like after a big workout and that you have a build up of lactic acid?
Have you ever tried magnesium spray? I personally haven't tried this type of magnesium, but I have read about it helping other people with their muscles.
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to figure out what might help you through this symptom.

No no no lol I may be mistaken but I think the feeling is a good thing. idk...maybe its a lactic acid issue but it feels good...i think. Its not painful or draining or anything like that. I could be totally misinterpreting what im feeling but again idk. But yes I have spasms, twitching and so on..in general.

Is it possible that your muscles are gaining mass again?

Im not sure yet. Thats what I was thinking(hoping). But it started when I was treating babs with just the tonic and now its happening again when treating bart & myco with IHA & Sida Plus. I know that babs, bart and myco all contribute to my muscle and collagen loss on different levels and when I treat bart and myco my muscle symptoms(as well as many other symptoms) go absolutely gang busters and I have to stop. So Im not totally sure what it is but I know it feels kinda good like I just pumped iron and well what dude doesn't like that feeling of being buff ya know.

When a muscle lifts loads that it is unaccustomed to, the stress causes tiny tears in its fibers. These tears are a natural part of building stronger muscles because when the damage is repaired, the muscle fibers are rebuilt stronger than before. Almost immediately after exercise, white blood cells rush into the muscle to clear up the debris from the muscle damage, producing prostaglandins as a byproduct. Prostaglandins is a hormone-like substance that causes pain and swelling. Along with white blood cells, fluids carrying other nutrients and enzymes rush into the muscle to support the rebuilding process. The extra fluids packed into the muscle also contribute to swelling.

I also hope that this is a good sign that your body is regaining strength!
You mentioned that when you treat bart and myco that your muscles symptoms and other symptoms go gang busters and that you have to stop treatment. Do you think that it might help to lessen the dosage for a couple of days and then slowly increase again? Or maybe take a good binder, so that your body doesn't get to the point of being totally overwhelmed by toxins? Sorry if you have already tried this , I'm just thinking outloud.
"what dude doesn't like that feeling of being buff ya know". LOl! When I read this I thought of Hans and Franz skit form Saturday Night Live

Good info! Maybe this is what is happening. Have you been a little more active lately? I also wonder if you would benefit from getting a gentle massage from a massage therapist.

Im at 1 drop every other day. It takes approx 1 week for issues to ease up after a month of 1 drop every other day. Im thinking of other ways to dilute the dosage, like one drop in a gallon of water and then just take a shot glass full every other day lol hell idk

Cant afford a message but i wish. Had one over a yr ago. Im the most active als/lyme ive ever met. I do chores around the house plus my cannabis garden and I jog in place for 5min every single night before I go into the sauna. I have not missed a day in over a year. Plus during summer I get outside in the street almost daily with the kids and play kickball, tennis and batting practice. Obviously during winter here Im less active.

I get that as I call it, "burst" energy, what gets my house cleaned, lol. I been feeling good for a long time, but than stress is back over dumb things and people's mouth. So I am down for a little bit, I just upped my stress oils for a bit. Also I try to stay busy when this happens. Hate depression n stress! Never had it until Lyme, but I make myself go do things to occupy my mind and body to get my energy levels up

On reducing your doses, you can add one drop to an ounce of water and split it up that way - you can of course use larger amounts of water too - but I would not want to deal with starting with a gallon (just picking on that amount right now) if I wasn't absolutely necessary as it would end up being a very super low dose. Even starting out with a quart of water would lessen the amount of time it takes to get more into your body.
Okay, now I understand. I can get those 'good burning' feelings in my muscles too once in a while. I would, at this point, lean towards what Little Bear said, it could be that you are now back to building muscle instead of it wasting away! Does your 'other half' have a cloth measuring tape? Take measurements!!! But, if you do that, be sure to write it down!! LOL!

So I started the IHA & Sida Plus again today. I put 1 drop of each into about 2.5 cups of water and then put a shot into a shot glass. See the thing is its not a burning feeling its a pumped up feeling. Im to nervous to measure cuz I hate watching decline just like I hate weighing myself cuz I have just kept losing but I think I'll give it a week and see if it continues, if it does I'll start measuring and weighing again. I know BlueLyme from HealingWell is getting muscle back so I may ask him if he has exp this also.

I have also regained a lot of my lost muscle mass - plus some (ugh - I'm heavily enough muscled, thank you!). I don't specifically recall getting that 'good burning/post workout feeling', but I did get pretty active with gardening/yard work over the summer months before the heat really got bad this year and I think that's where most of mine came from. After working in the garden, I expect to feel that post workout feeling, so I wasn't really watching to see if I was regaining muscle at that point - it just kind of snuck up on me.
If you do ask BlueLyme - do let us know what he has to say!! And tell him we say "HI"!!!!

Oh no! I'm so sorry!! Are you getting enough protein in your diet? That would be one thing that I can think of that has little to do with the course of these infections. Also, what is IHA?? I'm sure I should know what it is, but my brain refuses to come up with it!

I'm sure I should know what it is, but my brain refuses to come up with it! That would be Isatis, Houttuynia and Alchornea (I'm assuming A. Cordifolia?) a blend of the three in one tincture (Woodland Essence sells it)

I'm so sorry to hear that you lost more weight. I was hoping that this "pumped" symptom was a good sign for you.
Did you have any luck on emailing bluelyme? Maybe he has some ideas or suggestions because he was/is dealing with some of the same symptoms that you have going on right now.
