I'm still drinking Green Vibrance which contains lots of probiotics even though I have been healed for years. A while back I made fermented veggies (Dr. Mercola wrote about this) but I don't have the time to chop all that cabbage. probiotics.mercola.com/fermented-vegetables-recipes.html

I generally use kefir. Since I no longer can keep up with having dairy animals, I now buy it (not as happy with the product, but....). All Lifeway Kefir products contain 15 – 20 billion Colony Forming Units (CFU) of live and active kefir cultures per cup. The kefir cultures include: Lactobacillus Lactis Lactobacillus Rhamnosus Streptococcus Diacetylactis Lactobacillus Plantarum Lactobacillus Casei Saccharomyces Florentinus Leuconostoc Cremoris Bifidobacterium Longum Bifidobacterium Breve Lactobacillus Acidophilus Bifidobacterium Lactis Lactobacillus Reuteri Lifeway Kefir FAQ's When I have my psoriasis break out, I either add in or substitute B. infantis (one brand name is "Align") Here is one report about how it helps with inflammation and psoriasis: Bifidobacterium infantis 35624 modulates host inflammatory processes beyond the gut. This is a very important subject! Because we take anti-microbial medications (herbs/pharma) that kill off both the good and bad bacteria, we must make sure that we replace that good bacteria, or we wind up with things like Candida, or other yeast issues.
