I had to look this up, as I had never heard of Lymecyline before! I used two different drug interaction checkers, and had to convert the names of the abx that you named to ones that are recognized in the US - so let me see if I can keep this all straight now!! amoxicillin erythromycin (this is roxithromycin) tetracycline (this is Lymecycline) tinidazole There is an interaction between Roxithromycin and Amoxicillin: "Tetracyclines may reduce the effect of penicillins by inhibiting cellular protein synthesis which is necessary for cell wall synthesis inhibition by penicillins. Antagonism is more likely when low doses of either agent are administered. Therapeutic failure may result. [a href="https://www.drugs.com/interactions-check.php?drug_list=187-0,1009-0,2173-0,2198-0&types[]=major&types[]=minor&types[]=moderate&types[]=food&types[]=therapeutic_duplication&professional=1"] Drugs.com[/a] And the second drug interaction checker I like to use is this one: Rxlist.com "amoxicillin oral decreases effects of tetracycline oral by pharmacodynamic antagonism." So, it seems that the Amoxicillin and the Roxithromycin don't mix - the roxithromycin will not allow the amoxicillin to work, possibly. So I would call your doctor about this, or it may be better to start with the Pharmacist and then you can say you asked the pharmacist and they said that they will not work together. And, I'm so so very sorry you have a chest infection on top of everything else that's going on!!! Stay warm, stay well hydrated, and please do take care of yourself!!!
