Hi, Not sure....I have an appt. with my herbalist on Monday and will ask her about broth.....I have to add something, my symptoms seem to be in a holding pattern.....

I would say that it depends on just how sensitive you are to it. The natural MSG and glutamine found in the bones of bone broth are not harmful - unless you have developed an allergy to it!
But, as Deejavu said, carefully and slowly increasing the 'dosage' would likely lessen the effects - just like we do for the herbs. I am just now getting my digestion under better control (more guinea pig stuff to go through!) and will begin trying this myself within the next 6 - 8 months if things continue to go well.
