Yeah, what I’ve been reading is all good too. I’ve been on two capsules a day now, but I don’t see any difference, as usual with most of the stuff I take. I only seem to notice when I’m using a strong bug killing herb and practically herx myself to death! I honestly wish I were more in tune with my body so I could feel what works and what doesn’t.

Well, remember, the changes (if any) will start off being very small - you'll notice that your anxiety isn't quite as bad that day or the next, for example. Or you will notice that the things that usually 'set you off' aren't doing that quite as quickly as it used to.
One thing we have to avoid is the inclination to add too many things into our routines though. When we do that, we often don't know what's helping and what's not. At that point we also run the risk of taking things that will end up counteracting the ones that are actually helping as well (taking something that 'essentially' cancels out the benefits of something else we are using). This is where herbalism is hard - making sure that nothing is not only holding a person back, but that the herbs being used aren't contra-indicated in some other way. At least in my eyes.
Also, remember lots of herbs can take time to create changes in the body, especially when the body is so compromised, like it can be with these infections.
This is where using a doctor is much easier, but then we have to put our total trust in that doctor that they are not only knowledgeable enough to take us to our full healing potential, but that they know enough about whatever type of medicine they are using to not get us into trouble physically/emotionally. I've watched (feeling incredibly helpless!!!) as many have traveled down that road - all because they trusted someone that shouldn't have been trusted to that level.
